  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin

    Mix all ingredients except apples together.

    Fold in apples.

    Bake for 1 hour in a tube pan at 325°.
