  • 4 c. cubed, unpeeled apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Break eggs over apples and stir well with the oil.

    Add dry ingredients and mix well.

    Mixture will be thick.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
