  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon (heaping) Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 cups Chopped Apples
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs

Directions

    Sift together first five dry ingredients. Add oil, vanilla, apples, and nuts. Stir well and set aside.

    Beat eggs and sugar until light.

    Fold egg mixture into apple mixture.

    Place into a ten inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes and enjoy.
