- 8 oranges
- 5 lb. apples, cored and chopped fine
- 4 lb. sugar
Directions

1Peel oranges, remove white membrane; boil rinds until tender in water to cover.

2Let cool, then grind and chop fine.

3Divide peeled oranges in sections, combine with apples; add water to barely cover.

4Cook over low heat one-half hour.

5Add sugar and orange rind.

6Boil until thick.

7Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.

8When cool, seal with paraffin.

9Makes 10 or more glasses.
