- 23 cup flour, all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk, low-fat
- 2 cups apples slices
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, plus more for cooking
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Sift together the flour, 2 teaspoon sugar and the salt.

2Beat eggs and milk together.

3Gradually add flour mixtu, beat until smooth.

4Saute apples in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.

5Mix 2 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon together.

6Toss with apples.

7Melt a bit butter in a 8-inch diameter nonstick skillet over medium to medium-low heat.

8Pour in 1/4 cup batter, give a swirl to ensure the batter covers the pan completely and evenly.

9When set spread 1/4 of the apples evenly on top, swirl in another 1/4 cup of batter.

10Cook the pancake until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

11Flip it over, and cook the other side for another 2 to 3 minutes until browned.

12Keep warm on a baking sheet in a 200 degrees F oven.

13Repeat the procedure until all the batter and apples are used up.
