  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

  • 12 prepared crepes (7 inches each)

  • 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
