Apple, Pecan, Raisin Bread Pudding

- 8 pieces bread
- 4 eggs
- 14 cup cream (or 2 tblsp. butter with milk)
- 12 cup brown sugar (or tsp. molasses with white sugar)
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 small apple, diced
- 12 cup raisins (or any dried fruit)
- 14 cup pecans, chopped
- 14 cup honey
Directions

1set oven to 325 deg.

2spray oil on square baking pan.

3blend eggs, cream, sugar and spices in blender.

4tear bread into small pieces and lay in baking dish.

5spread diced apple and raisis over bread

6pour egg mixture over all.

7sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

8let sit for 5 minute while oven reaches temperature.

9bake for 60 minutes.

10let cool, dish and serve with honey drizzled on top.
