  • 1 deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 thin pie crust
  • 4 yellow apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Peel and slice apples. Place in deep-dish crust. Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over apples. Cut margarine into pieces and place over apples. Pour 1/4 cup water over apples. Use thin pie crust for top crust of pie. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
