- 7 or 8 medium apples (your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. sugar (depending on tartness of apples)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 pie crusts (your choice)
Directions

1Peel, core and thinly slice apples.

2Set aside.

3Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon.

4Add apples to mixture and set aside while preparing crusts.

5Bake at 450° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
