  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • peeled apples
  • milk and half and half or cream, mixed
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Put flour and 1/2 cup sugar in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix.

    Arrange peeled apples on this and cover with 1/2 cup sugar. Fill pan with mixture of milk and half and half or cream.

    Dot with butter.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Start baking at 425° until crust starts browning, then reduce to 350° until apples are done and the liquid has thickened.
