  • 1-2/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
  • 6 peeled and sliced apples
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Place 1-1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product in food processor.

    Pulse until mixture almost forms a ball.

    Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hr.

    or until well chilled.

    Roll half the pastry on lightly floured surface.

    Place in 9-inch pie plate.

    Mix 6 peeled and sliced apples, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp.

    flour and 1 tsp.

    cinnamon.

    Place in crust.

    Roll remaining pastry out and place on top of pie.

    Slit top then trim and pinch edges to seal.

    Bake at 400F for 30 min.
