• 1 egg

• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. chopped apples (McIntosh or Jonathan)
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
