Apple Pie Cake

   1 egg 1 c sugar 1/4c butter 1 tsp cinn 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp soda 1/4 tsp salt 1c flour 1/2c chopped nuts 2 1/2 c chopped apples 2 tbl of hot water 1 tsp vanilla Mix all together and put in pie pan If you think it is a little dry add a little more water... Bake at 350 deg for 45 min Serve with ice cream or whip cream Delicious
