  • 1 gallon Apple Cider
  • 1 gallon Apple Juice
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 pint Everclear

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the Everclear in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool mixture completely, and then add Everclear. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
