  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Scoop Protein Powder (optional)

Directions
