Apple Pork Roast

- 2 pounds pork boneless
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 each carrots chopped in small chunks
- 2 each celery stalks, chopped
- 3 tablespoons tapioca quick-cooking
- 1/4 cup wine white
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 6 ounces apple juice frozen concentrate, thawed but not diluted
Directions

1Trim any fat from pork.

2Cut in half, if necessary, to fit into crockpot.

3Place carrots, and celery into bottom of crockpot, sprayed with nonstick spray.

4Sprinkle tapioca over top.

5Add apple juice concentrate combined with other ingredients.

6Cover, cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
