- 8 apples, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
- graham crackers, rolled
Directions

1Combine apples, 6 tablespoons sugar and butter.

2Place in pan and cook until apples are soft.

3Place in top of double boiler the beaten eggs, sour cream and sugar. Cook to a custard.

4Remove from fire and add vanilla and nutmeg.

5Combine custard and apples. Butter bottom and sides of frying pan.

6Press graham cracker crumbs on sides and bottom. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle additional crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour in a 325° oven. (It takes about 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs.)
