  • 12 cup old fashion rolled oats
  • 1 cup Kashi, go lean crunch (or your favorite crunchy cereal)
  • 12 canned pumpkin
  • 1 apple, sliced and cored
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
  • cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg
  • ginger
  • sugar (to taste) or sugar, substiture (to taste)

Directions

    Combine water/milk with apple slices, bring to boil.

    Add oats, cook 2 minutes.

    Add Pumpkin, cook additional minute.

    Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.

    Stir in Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
