- 12 cup old fashion rolled oats
- 1 cup Kashi, go lean crunch (or your favorite crunchy cereal)
- 12 canned pumpkin
- 1 apple, sliced and cored
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
- cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- ginger
- sugar (to taste) or sugar, substiture (to taste)
Directions

1Combine water/milk with apple slices, bring to boil.

2Add oats, cook 2 minutes.

3Add Pumpkin, cook additional minute.

4Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.

5Stir in Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
