Apple Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 apples, peeled and cubed
  • 8-10 end crusts of bread
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix apples, bread, raisins and white sugar together.

    Mix eggs, milk and vanilla and add to apple mixture.

    Put in a buttered 8 x 8 casserole.

    Mix remaining ingredients and rub into crumbs.

    Sprinkle on top of pudding and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.

    Serve warm with ice cream or plain cream.
