  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs (I use egg substitute)
  • 1 c. chopped apple
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine oats, flour and brown sugar; cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.

    Press into bottom of greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
