- 1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, plus
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 12 lbs granny smith apples, peeled,cored,and thinly sliced (5 large)
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 12 cup old fashioned oats or 12 cup quick oats
- 1 12 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a large bowl, mix 1/2 c brown sugar.

3and 1 Tbsp flour.

4Add the sliced apples, and frozen raspberries; toss to coat.

5Transfer to a greased 8x8-inch nonstick square baking pan.

6In a medium bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, salt, 1/2 c. brown sugar and remaining 1/2 c. flour.

7Add melted butter; stir until crumbly.

8Sprinkle oat topping evenly over fruit filling.

9Bake 55 minutes.

10Cool 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
