- 2 Apples
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 salt
- 2 tbsp raisins or died mixed berries
Directions

1Chopped all the veggies and apples except carrot and put them in a big bowl.

2Shred the carrot and add it to the the bowl.

3Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

4Make sandwiches, burritos or tacos using lettuce as the tortilla.

5If you like spicy, you can add pickled jalapenos or cayenne pepper.
