  • 2 Apples
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp raisins or died mixed berries

Directions

    Chopped all the veggies and apples except carrot and put them in a big bowl.

    Shred the carrot and add it to the the bowl.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

    Make sandwiches, burritos or tacos using lettuce as the tortilla.

    If you like spicy, you can add pickled jalapenos or cayenne pepper.
