  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 4 red apples, diced
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 4 slices cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Drain pineapple; set juice aside.

    Mix pineapple, apples, pecans and cheese.

    Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg on medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Pour over salad.
