- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Add chicken, rubbing the spice mixture over each piece thoroughly.

3Cover the bowl and let chicken sit at room temperature 30 minutes.

4Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for medium-high, direct heat. Spray the grill-gate with cooking spray.

5Place chicken directly on the grill-grate and cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
