- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- sprinkle of salt
- 1 Tbsp. fat (margarine or butter)
- 2 medium-size apples
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

2Mix in fat with a fork until crumbly.

3Set aside.

4Peel and slice apples.

5Put in a baking pan or dish.

6Sprinkle apples with white sugar and water. Spread crumbly mixture on top.

7Bake at 350° (moderate oven) about 30 minutes, until lightly browned and apples are tender.
