  • 2/3 c. light sour cream
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/16 tsp. pepper
  • 4 c. packed, thinly sliced cabbage
  • 2 2/3 c. diced, cored Granny Smith apples (about 2 large)
  • 1/2 c. shredded, pared carrot

    In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until smooth.

    Add cabbage, apples and carrot; toss well to coat.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
