  • 2 cups sweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup partially thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • Cinnamon sugar, optional

Directions

    Place the applesauce, yogurt and apple juice concentrate in a blender; cover and process until blended. While processing, add a few ice cubes at a time until mixture achieves desired thickness. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve immediately.
