  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp. brandy flavoring
  • 1 c. finely chopped apples
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped candied fruit
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • chocolate or fudge sauce

Directions

    Soften ice cream; blend in brandy flavoring, apples and candied fruit. Freeze firm.

    Shape into balls with ice cream scoop.

    Roll in coconut.

    Return to freezer until ready to serve. Serve with any favorite chocolate or fudge sauce.

    Makes 6 to 8 snowballs.
