- 12 kg apple
- 14 cup flour (Maida)
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sugar (separate)
- 13 cup cornflour
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 cup water
Directions

1Peel the apples and dice them.

2In a pan pour the water, add 3 tbsp sugar and lemon juice.

3Put the apple pieces in this and boil them till soft.

4Leave to cool.

5In a bowl beat eggs.

6Beat into this 1/3 cup sugar and leave aside.

7Sieve flour, corn flour and baking powder.

8Fold this mixture into the egg.

9Place the apple pieces into an oven dish, sprinkle the cinnamon powder and pour the egg and flour mixture over them.

10Sprinkle some sugar on the top.

11Heat the oven at 180C.

12Place the apples into it and cook for 20- 25 minutes till golden brown.
