- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (13.5 oz) can apple filling
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 None large egg, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 2 baking trays.

2Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

3Sprinkle 2 tsp sugar mixture over 1 sheet of puff pastry. Place 1/2 the apple filling lengthwise down 1/2 then sprinkle with 1/2 the raisins. Carefully roll pastry up to enclose filling. Repeat process to make a second strudel.

4Place strudels, seam-side down, on prepared trays and brush with egg. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and bake for 20 mins, or until browned lightly. Let cool for for 10 mins before slicing.
