- 2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cold butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup ice water
- 8 Apples (cored, peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Directions

1First we have to make the tarts crust

2Add cold butter and salt in flour.

3Mix it well.

4I knead it with my hand but if u hav a dough machine, that'll do your kneading.

5Add water spoon by spoon and knead it to make a perfect dough.

6Set it aside.

7Its time to caramelise the apples.

8Put thinly sliced apples in a sauce pan over medium heat.

9Add water, sugar and cinnamon powder.

10Leave it for 15 minutes till sugary syrup thickens.

11Roll the dough and cut out circles from the dough with the help of a round glass.

12(will look like mini chapatis)

13Grease muffin pans and put the chapatis in there filling them with caramelised apples.

14Preheat oven to 180F and bake it till the crust is done.

15I prefer to bake it few minutes before putting the caramelised apples.
