- 1 cup flour
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup calorie reduced margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 34 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 large apple, unpeeled, grated
- 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 13 cup walnuts, chopped, divided
Directions

1Stir together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

2beat margarine until smooth.

3Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

4Beat in Splenda for about 1 minute.

5Add flour mixture, apple and applesauce; beat until well blended, Stir in walnuts.

6Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square baking pan.

8Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean, Cool, Cut into bars.
