  • 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 whole Big Apple, Peeled, Cored And Chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts, Chopped

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 355°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, butter, brown and white sugar, salt, cinnamon and eggs. Mix until well combined.

    Fold in oats, apple and walnuts. Drop dough with a teaspoon onto the baking sheet leaving at least an inch between each.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool completely on a cooling rack.
