- 1/2 apple thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts roasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 cup green onions both whites and greens
Directions

1Combine salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Whisk this mixture till creamy.
