Apple Walnut Mint Salad

  • 1/2 apple thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts roasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 cup green onions both whites and greens

Directions

    Combine salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Whisk this mixture till creamy.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well

    Season it with salt and pepper

    Serve chilled
