Apple Walnut Stuffing

- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon or 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- 3/4 to 1 c. apple juice
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. chopped apple
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add celery mixture. Mix well.

3Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting; place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish; bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.

4Refrigerate leftovers.

5Makes about 2 quarts.
