  • 2 eggs, separated
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. thinly sliced, peeled apples
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • sugar

    Combine flour, milk, salt and egg yolks.

    Preheat a wok and add the vegetable oil.
