Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 2/3 to 1 cup buttermilk
- Saco Buttermilk Blend
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2-1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 6 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 extra lg. eggs
- 1 cup apples, chopped, unpeeled
Directions

1Sift together dry ingredients.

2Add yogurt, oil and flour mixture to eggs.

3Blend until smooth.

4Stir in apples.

5Heat griddle and melt a large pat of butter in centre.

6Use about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.

7Cook until top is bubbling and underside is browned.

8Turn over and finish cooking.

9Serve with syrup, apple sauce, or dust with icing sugar and cinnamon.
