  • 4 apples (medium)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Cut and peel the apples.

    Put the cut up apples, sugar, cinnamon and water into the saucepan.

    Cover and cook on medium heat (simmering) for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Let the apples cool, then mash with a fork or masher.
