  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

    Peel and quarter apples. Add all ingredients to a stock pot, cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes or until apples dissolve. For chunkier applesauce, cook for 15 minutes.
