  • 1 1/4 c. applesauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk.

    Sift together dry ingredients and stir into applesauce mixture and beat well. Fold in pecans.

    Put in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
