  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 oz Chopped cherries mix
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 cup Granulated sugar or substitute
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup applesauce

    Preheat oven to 350F

    In small bowl, mix applesauce with 1 teaspoon baking soda.

    In seperate bowl, mix nuts, raisins and cherries.

    In seperate bowl, mix flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon allspice.

    In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and 3 eggs.

    Add flour mixture, mixwell; add applesauce mixture, add fruit mix mix well.

    Pour into well greased and floured stem or bundt pan and bake at 350 for 1 hours 15 minutes.
