- 1 pkg. SuperMoist yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients in ungreased oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, with fork, scraping corners frequently, until moistened.

3Stir batter vigorously with fork 1 minute; scrape sides with rubber spatula.

4Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake until top springs back when touched lightly in center, 34 to 40 minutes.

5Cool; loosen cake from sides.

6Cut and serve directly from pan.

7Store any remaining cake loosely covered in refrigerator.
