- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 lb. apricots or prunes, cooked and sweetened
Directions

1Cream Crisco, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt until fluffy.

2Add flour and oats and mix well.

3Set aside 1 cup mixture for topping. Pack remaining in ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan.

4Spread cooked and sweetened apricots or prunes in pan and sprinkle with the cup of reserved topping.

5Bake in a 325° oven for 25 minutes and enjoy.
