  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
