- 1 c. snipped, dried apricots
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a loaf pan.

3Soak apricots in warm water for 30 minutes.

4Cream butter, sugar and eggs well. Stir in orange juice.

5Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.

6Drain apricots well.

7Add with nuts to batter.

8Bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
