- 1 c. dried apricots, cut fine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Soak dried apricots 1/2 hour and cut fine.

2Mix egg, water, orange juice, flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt. Stir in apricots and nuts.

3Pour in well-greased pan.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
