- 2 bars (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped, dried apricots
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. coconut
Directions

1In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

4Set aside.

5In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

6Stir in chocolate mixture.

7Combine apricots, almonds, and coconut.

8Stir half into the batter.

9Pour into 9-inch greased baking pan.

10Sprinkle with remaining apricot mixture.

11Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
