- 3 to 4 lb. fryer or 8 split chicken breast (I like to use chicken breast)
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Directions

1Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan.

2Skin side up. In a separate bowl; mix other ingredients and spread over chicken. Baste often.

3Bake covered 1 hour, then uncovered 1 hour in a 300° oven.
