- 4 c. apricot pulp
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Use dried apricots.

2Heat them in a little water and simmer until tender.

3Mash and measure 4 cups pulp.

4Cut apricots, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.

5Add a tiny pinch of salt; stir until sugar is dissolved over low heat.

6Increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

7Pour into hot jelly glasses; cool and seal.

8Fills 6 (6 ounce) glasses.
