- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 c. water
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 medium size container Cool Whip
- 1 c. nuts, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, cut fine
Directions

1Mix apricot jello, pineapple and water and cook for 10 minutes.

2Remove from heat and add cream cheese.

3Mix well and refrigerate until it begins to thicken.

4Once mixture begins to thicken, add Cool Whip, nuts and celery.

5Fold all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
